On August 22nd, the Council’s President, Ian Feldman together with Olga Bulmaga, the Head of the administrative body were holding a training for the soldiers of the Mobile Operative Brigade no.1 of the Carabineer Troop Department.

During the training, they presented the Council as a national mechanism for combating discrimination, its functions and methods of addressing complaints to it.
At the same time, there were discussed different forms of discrimination, protected criteria and the Council’s casuistries.
Participants showed a great desire towards to the presentation and took part in several practical activities.

At the end of the training the president of the Council, Ian Feldman, the Head of the administrative body, Olga Bulmaga, the Promotion of equal opportunities section consultant, Iulia Serbinovici were honoured with diplomas for cooperation, involvement and active participation in preventing and combating discrimination in the Republic of Moldova in partnership with the Mobile Operative Brigade no.1 of the Carabineer Troop Department.
