Responsibilities:

• check the current legislation according to the generally accepted non-discrimination standouts;
• develop of advisory opinions in accordance draft legislation/normative legislative for preventing and combating legislation;
• monitor of implementation and enforcement of legislation in the area of non-discrimination;
• inform the public about the phenomena of discrimination;
